im a georgia resident 2002-2005 but been in ma since sept.2005 my husband lives in florida and hell be doing the divorce what state should i be served in confused and im going to contest the proceddings when it happens thank you

Hello i too have been in your suition i now live in OR & my husband lives in MS. When i got the papers i had to get them  notorized here in OR. I think that is what u r asking. Am i correct??? I to wanted to contest mine but everybodies telling me not to hes not worth it but that is my suition yours could b very different. I just want mine to b over with so i can move on with my life. I hope that i have helped u out in some way.
