My husband has filed for divorce in Arkansas, where we lived, and he still does.  My attorney has said that Arkansas is not an alimony state.  However, according to this website it is.  Anyone out there from Arkansas know about this?  I am in California, now, and with or without it, I wouldn't change a thing.
