my younger 9 y/o son lives with his mom full time with visitation with me at least 2 weekends per month.Over the last 2-3 months,stepdad has been involved in 2 "f-you" shouting contests with my older son and recently he has had an anger display (all verbal) when I recently dropped my younger son off at his moms..I did a quick check on the this idiots background and come to find out that he has a history of spousal battery against his ex-wife.He has had to show proof of 13 anger management classes,perform 40 hours of community service and make a 250.00 donation to a domestic violence shelter..This strongly disturbs me..My younger son did witness the recent outburst against me..How long must I wait before this becomes physical with my kids? My ex wife also witnessed the event and did nothing to protect my son from seeing the anger display..I have hired an attorney to get my son out of that environment but I have been told that this will be an uphill battle...Can anyone help me out here? tips? ideas?
