My husband and I are seperated - he walked out when we were having bad financial problems - I have been running around just trying to keep the lights on and he leaves.  Now I have all of the expense of our twins and he has not even called to check on them or offered to buy diapers or food for them.  How long before that is considered child abandonment.  My phone has been turned off and I am counting change for milk - how long before I can legally do something about this?  Does anyone know?
