My husband vandalized our entire house-broke everything in it -over $14,000 of damage, trying to kill us, creating danger and terror for me and the children-he also took all of our money from the bank accounts. The next day he filed for divorce with reason as "irretrievable breakdown of the marriage". I have had not 1 penny since June. I have a pfa issued until January against him. Now he is slandering me and creating falsehoods in motions etc. of me being with another man, having an abortion, etc. Can he do this-he is trying to ruin my character and it is all false. Why would he do this when he already filed? I am living in pure TERROISM and cant take another day of this harrassment. Any insight and advice would be more than welcomed-i am lost.
